<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve quality by solving the problem that a panel is not recovered due to any foreign matter caught between a front case and a panel. <P>SOLUTION: In this picture input device where a panel 11 is formed so as to be movable to a depressing direction according to a depressing operation, and a touch face 11b of the panel 11 is faced to the outside via an opening 19 formed in a front case 18 so as to be surrounded by an inner wall 21, a frame-shaped rib 24 projecting above a touch face 11b is fixed and integrated with the panel 11, and the rib 24 is formed so as to be faced across a fine clearance to the inner peripheral face of the inner wall 21, and so as to be made movable with the panel 11 while the fine clearance is held.
