<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data monitor system capable of remotely monitoring irregularity of data to be monitored via a network without requiring data management software exclusive for each data field. <P>SOLUTION: A system 100 for managing data by a general-use spread sheet sets monitor conditions of data irregularity and a notification destination of monitor information to a cell of the general-use spread sheet 4.
