<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in managing a distributed power supply facility reliably. <P>SOLUTION: A distributed power supply management apparatus 4 attached to a distributed power supply 1 which can be detached and exchanged, a diagnosis apparatus 5 attached to inside the management apparatus 4 which can be detached and exchanged, and a recording medium 6, are provided.
