<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording medium which can be improved in efficiency from 'generation of a written request' through 'examination and approval', 'numbering of reception No.', 'recording of numbering', and 'approval completion and notification of reception No.'. <P>SOLUTION: On the computer-readable recording medium, 'the department and name of a requesting person, a request day, a desired date of delivery, a title, the number of materials or samples, a date when the materials or samples are expected to be sent, details of the materials or samples, the background purpose of the request, and request contents' of an operation request are recorded, and a record of 'approval (or examination)' is stored through computers on a network including overseas related companies. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
