PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server computer enabling activation of a mailing list. SOLUTION: A knowledge level parameter computing means 11 of the server computer 1 previously computes knowledge level parameters by each user on the basis of number of times of transmitting electronic mails transmitted from the respective users in order to deliver an electronic mail to each user. When some user transmits an electronic mail to the server 1, the knowledge level parameter of the user is added to the header of the electronic mail by a knowledge level parameter adding means 15, and the electronic mail is delivered to each user.
