PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network camera system which enables the user to browse a photographed image as a dynamic image in real time and can acquire a highly accurate image at need, in a network camera system which enables the user to browse the image photographed by a camera with an image browser terminal at a remote place via a network. SOLUTION: This network camera system has a first image data generation means which can generate first digital image data from a photographed image and a second image data generation means which can generate second high- resolution digital image data, and the terminal can acquire the first digital images at specified intervals and continuously display the first digital image data acquired, and when this system receives a specified command from a communication means, this generates second digital image data, and transmits the second digital image data to the terminal.
