PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric cable terminal and a battery cable terminal capable of realizing cost reduction, improvement in anti-corrosion performance and improvement of mounting operability. SOLUTION: A resin coating 41 is applied on a bottom face 31 of the battery cable terminal 21 for preventing corrosion caused by gas (hydrogen) directly generated by a battery 22. Further, the resin coating may be applied on a whole part other than the part (inside face 24a of a connecting part) in electric contact with a battery terminal 23 of the battery cable terminal 21.
