PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame structure for a high-frequency apparatus which is small and has less restriction on arrangement of electric parts. SOLUTION: In the frame structure, a coaxial connector 6 has an attaching section 1c for attaching the connector 6 on a front face plate 1a of the frame 1 with the connector 6 in the frame 1, the lower end of the section 1c is positioned above an upper surface of a circuit board 3, and at least the portion of the upper end of the plate 1a facing the connector 6 is protruded above the upper end of a side plate 1b. With this configuration, since necessity of a conventional relief portion of the board 3 is eliminated and the surface area of the board 3 can be effectively utilized, the frame structure for high-frequency apparatus which is small and has less restriction on arrangement of electric parts can be provided.
