PURPOSE: A method of preparing a food product by powdering silkworm pupae as a major culture source of Cordyceps militaris and mixing the prepared powder with Cordyceps militaris powder and various kinds of cereal grain flour is provided. The food product includes general noodles or cold noodles and has the efficacy of Cordyceps militaris. CONSTITUTION: A mixture of 0.1 to 10% by weight of Cordyceps militaris powder, 0.1 to 30% by weight of silkworm pupae, 50% or more by weight of wheat flour, 1 to 5% by weight of starch and 1 to 10% by weight of cereal grain flour is kneaded and then molded to give a dough. The dough is used in manufacturing various food products such as noodles or cold noodles. |
