PURPOSE: A cavity assembly is provided to increase the flatness of the floor in a cooking chamber and to exactly form the shape of the cavity assembly. CONSTITUTION: A cavity assembly(30) comprises a lower plate(35), a front plate(40), a rear plate and an upper plate. A cooking chamber(32) and a component mounted chamber are formed in the cavity assembly by the plates. The lower plate forms the lower face and both side faces of the cavity assembly. A tray loading portion(36) is formed in the center floor of the lower plate. Many reinforcing uneven parts(38) are formed in the floor of the cooking chamber. The reinforcing uneven parts are recessed into the floor of the lower plate. Thereby, the shape of the cavity assembly is formed exactly and the flatness of the floor in the cooking chamber is maintained exactly.
