ELECTRONIC CONTROL EGR VALVE FOR ENGINE OF DIESEL VEHICLE

PURPOSE: An electronic control EGR(Exhaust Gas Recirculation) valve is provided to suppress the generation of hydrocarbon, carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxide, and particulates and to control an engine precisely. CONSTITUTION: A case(10) has an internal space(10a) and a core(10b). A bobbin(14) has a solenoid coil(12). A yoke(16) is arranged in an inner circumference of the bobbin. A plunger(18) is arranged inside a hollow(16a) of the yoke and moved upward and downward inside the hollow according to the current feeding into the solenoid coil. A rod(20) is interlocked by combining with the lower part of the plunger and protruded outside through a hollow(10c) of the core. A body housing(22) is arranged under the case. The body housing has an intake port(22a) and an exhaust port(22b) for sucking and discharging exhaust gas. A guide shaft(24) has first and second opening/closing plates(24a,24b) to open and close the intake port and the exhaust port by lifting through the pressurization of the rod. Therefore, variable toxic materials are reduced, the appropriate amount of exhaust gas is controlled and the mis-operation is prevented.
