<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding material, and a molded product for a fuel cell separator molded from the same capable of molding a fuel cell separator excellent in thickness accuracy, moldability, and conductivity by optimizing particle size distribution of a molding material and improving thickness accuracy of premolded products. <P>SOLUTION: The material for the fuel cell separator contains thermosetting resin and graphite as essential ingredients with a particle size distribution below and that, contains nothing that exceeds 0.5 mm. (A) less than 0.1 mm for 10 weight percent, (B) 0.1 mm or more to less than 0.25 mm for 30 to 60 weight percent, and (C) 0.25 mm or more to 0.5 mm or less for 35 to 60 weight percent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
