<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a customer to have target dealings automatically even when the customer aims at, for example, a deal form which makes it difficult for the customer to set an amount. <P>SOLUTION: When a demand for a deal from the customer is inputted an automatic ordering device A through a customer corresponding means C, a plan control part A2b analyzes ordering conditions and makes a plan for ordering procedures for a market B1 satisfying the demand for the deal from the customer and detailed requirements in the deal form and makes a plan for monitoring contents demanded for a monitoring means A3 using an analysis method for the ordering conditions stored in a storage part A2a, a planning method for the monitoring contents, and a planning method for the ordering procedures. The monitoring means A3 monitors the market B1 and an information source B2 based on the plans.
