<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device having a signal phase control function capable of easily controlling the delay of an output signal due to a deviation in process, a variation in temperature or voltage, or the like and securing stable operation. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor device having the signal phase control function between an input and an output for outputting an output signal in which phase is synchronized with that of an external input signal at the time of inputting the input signal is provided with a phase control means and an output signal delay means. The phase control means synchronizes the phase of a 1st signal to be an external input signal with that of a 2nd signal obtained by delaying the input signal by a prescribed delay value. The output signal delay means controls a delay value applied to an output signal on the basis of a control signal to be used when the phases of both the 1st and 2nd signals are synchronized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
