PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picked-up image with high additional value for the imaged person at convenient time and a convenient place for the imaged person. SOLUTION: The image processor is equipped with a storage part which stores at least one of an image and a voice so that it is made to correspond to position information, a reception part which receives a picked-up image from an imaging device, a retrieval part which retrieves at least one of the image and voice from the storage part according to the imaging place of the imaging device, a composition part which puts together at least retrieved one of the image and voice and the picked-up image that the reception part receives to generate a composite image, and an output part which outputs the composite image to the outside.
