PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably fix a camera body and wire a cable. SOLUTION: A camera body 1 is fixed together with a number plate 11 of a car 10 through a bolt 7 passed through and fixed to a mounting hole 6 previously bored for mounting the number plate 11. The bolt 7 has a through- hole 8 for passing a cable 4 connected to the camera body 1. Thus, the camera body 1 is fixed without boring a new fixing hole but using the already existing mounting hole 6 for mounting the number plate 11 of the car 10. Since the cable 4 is passed through the hole 8 of the bolt 7, the cable is wired using the existing hole 6 for mounting the number plate 11 of the car 10, without boring a new hole for passing the cable 4.
