PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analog PWM signal generating circuit for generating a high-precision PWM signal. SOLUTION: The analog PWM signal generating circuit is provided with an amplitude level controller 3 for controlling the amplitude level of a reference wave signal generated from a reference wave signal generator 2 in accordance with an amplitude level detected by an amplitude level detector 1, a comparator 4 for generating a PWM signal in accordance with the comparison of an analog input signal and the reference wave signal whose amplitude level is controlled by the amplitude level controller 3, and an amplitude level controller 5 for controlling the amplitude level of the PWM signal generated by the comparator 4 into a fixed gain in accordance with the amplitude level detected by the amplitude level detector 1.
