PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic induction heating device used for heating, drying, fusing, or heat treating a metallic member, or used for solidifying silver paste, silicon group adhesive or the like, of which, insulation cover of a coil is prevented from damage by housing the coil in a coil housing part, and by preventing the coil from unreasonable stress generated at a bending process, having improved quality and performance by winding the coil so as to closely contact with the coil housing part. SOLUTION: For the electromagnetic induction heating device, high frequency current is supplied from an inverter device 5 to a heating coil unit 1, and the coil unit covered by an insulation member forms a groove-shaped space 2 having U-shaped cross section housing an object 7 to be heated. A coil housing part 3 is formed to the outside of the groove-shaped space 2 having U-shaped cross section, and the coil 4 is wound around the coil housing part 3. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
