PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical recording medium which enables a user to continuously know the threshold on a low-speed side of a VCO without jumping of a pickup. SOLUTION: Data tracks 16 recorded counterclockwise beginning from an outer peripheral part toward an inner peripheral part are formed at the optical recording medium 1 and the time information meeting a radial position R is recorded in a data region on a data format recorded in the data tracks 16.
