PURPOSE: A holder for a car key is provided to store it conveniently in a parking lot where a parking lot manager is present and be a help in safety driving during driving. CONSTITUTION: The key holder comprises a holder main body(10) with an insertion groove(14) and a holder cover with a mounting groove. A plurality of fit holes(26) are formed at equal intervals at upper and lower parts of the holder main body(10). An entrance portion is formed on the insertion groove(14) formed longitudinally. A holding unit(16) is formed at both sides of the entrance portion.
