PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fading equipment which can provide more various fading functions. SOLUTION: When the fading function to an arbitrary dynamic image (photographed image) is controlled and executed, a setting means 105 sets divided regions of a reading object and output coordinates of the divided regions, concerning the divided regions from at least one field image constituting the dynamic image into a plurality of regions. On the basis of the set information, a processing means 104 reads a corresponding divided region from among a plurality of divided regions, and outputs the read region to a corresponding output coordinate, thereby acquiring an image wherein a plurality of divided regions are rearranged and outputting (recording) the image.
