PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio data communication apparatus capable of making data communication with a plurality of communication opposite parties whose communication systems differ from each other with a simple operation. SOLUTION: The radio data communication apparatus is provided with: an interface (I/F) 6 for connection to a device; and a nonvolatile memory 4 for storing a procedure for specifying a plurality of communication systems, selects a procedure of a communication system corresponding to a communication opposite party instructed from the device connected via the interface correlation among procedures of a plurality of communication systems stored in the nonvolatile memory 4, and makes radio data communication with a communication opposite party according to the procedure of the selected communication system.
