PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save labor for processing mail the transmission of which has turned out to be an error after receiving such an erroneously transmitted mail. SOLUTION: When mail distribution is requested from a client to an end user, a management server 6 determines an end user to whom the mail is distributed on the basis of user information (a step S5). When a data center receives erroneous mail, the mail is received by a mail server 4 as erroneously transmitted mail (a step S8). The management server 6 rewrites the user information of the end user the transmission to whom has caused an error and changes the user information when the erroneously transmitted mail is received. A change of the user information is performed by setting a flag in the column of the status of the user information. When a distribution request of the mail is received from the client, an end user to whom the mail is distributed is determined on the basis of the newly changed user information.
