PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the efficiency of a medical treatment by putting a plurality of orders into one multi-order.

SOLUTION: Multi-order sets as models for multi-order issuing including a plurality of orders are previously set; when a multi-order set is used (step S21), the desired multi-order set among the stored multi-order sets is read out (step S22 to S24) and a reference day for determining an order start day of actual implementation of orders is inputted for the read-out multi-order set (step S25). The start day of each order is calculated from data on the reference day and the number of relative days from a reference day included in the multi- order set to automatically develop a multi-order including the data of the calculated start day (step S26), and the automatically developed multi-order is edited (step S27) to issue a desired multi-order (step S28).
