NANO CERAMIC COMPOSITE

摘要

PURPOSE: Provided is a nano ceramic composite for piezoelectric sensor having substantially improved dielectric constant and piezoelectricity, in which ceramic is well dispersed in PVDF(polyvinylidenefluoride). CONSTITUTION: The nano ceramic composite based on PVDF and ceramic powder, is characterized in that the ceramic powder has average particle size of 500-0.1 nanometer(nm). The ceramic powder is any one selected from the group consisting of barium titanate(BaTiO2), PbZrO3-PbTiO3 solid solution(PZT), PbZrO3-PbTiO3-Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3) solid solution(PZT-PMN), TiO2, TiO3, SiO2, ZnO, SnO2Zr, or a mixture thereof.
