METHOD FOR CONTROLLING NETWORK ACCESS UNDER WIRELESS ENVIRONMENT AND MEDIUM FOR RECORDING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method for controlling network access under wireless environment and a medium for recording the same are provided to authenticate an user by using a password under WLAN(Wireless Local Area Network) environment. CONSTITUTION: The first authentication process is performed to authenticate a terminal at an access point by using MAC-ID(300). An user inputs his password to a password authentication client(300). The second authentication process is performed between a password authentication client and an authentication server on the basis of the inputted password(300). The terminal is accessed to an internal/external network such as internet/intranet if the first authentication process and the second authentication process are performed successfully(300). An authentication failure message is transmitted to the user if the first authentication process and the second authentication process are not performed successfully.
