PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic having an excellent feeling of use with excellent smooth and fresh touch and excellent humectant effects or bleaching effects without greasiness and sliminess and good stability with time in the cosmetic comprising an electrolyte. SOLUTION: The cosmetic comprises the electrolyte, a cross-linked copolymer of acrylamide and 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid and a carboxymethyl cellulose salt.
