PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce times of taking a tray out of a parts storing part by increasing storing capacity of the tray while facilitating taking the tray out and in. SOLUTION: The tray Tr is put on a table 16 which can rise and fall, the trays Tr is piled up in order while parts are stored in the tray Tr, and a spacer is inserted in a middle. When the tray Tr is taken out, a support plate 163 is inserted in a gap between the trays formed by the spacer 5, the trays Tr above the spacer in the trays piled on the table is separated from the trays below the spacer by lowering the table under the condition. After taking the upside trays Tr supported by the support plate 163 out from a designated taking in and out opening, the spacer 5 is removed and the table 16 is raised to arrange the rest of the trays Tr at height corresponding to the taking in and out opening, and the rest of the tray Tr is taken out from the taking in and out opening.
