PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for determining a load handling position of a transfer conveyer enabling to smoothly deliver a load between both of transfer and stationary conveyer whose conveyer surfaces miss coordination. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a lift means 3 raising and lowering the transfer conveyer 2, a pair of shift rails 5 supported by the transfer conveyer 2 in such a manner that the same can advance toward and retreat from the stationary conveyer 4, and a receiving stand 7 supported by the stationary conveyer 4. The raised transfer conveyer 2 is lowered under a condition that the shift rail 5 advances and the receiving stand 7 receives the shift rail 5. Consequently, the conveyer surfaces of both of the transfer and the stationary conveyer 2, 4 are coordinated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
