PURPOSE: An electrolyte is provided to increase a spark voltage, lower a resistivity, and enhance a temperature characteristic by mixing ethylene glycol and gamma-Butyrolactone in a certain ratio as a solvent. CONSTITUTION: Ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol used at a high voltage over 160WVand gamma- Butyrolactone used at a low voltage below 160WV are mixed in a certain ratio of 60-90: 40-10. Electrolyte is a principal factor for an Al capacitor to be tolerated at a rating voltage, so the electrolyte increasing a spark voltage value, having a low resistivity, and available in a wide range of temperature is used in the Al capacitor. The electrolyte mixed with a certain ratio of the ethylene glycol and the gamma-Butyrolactone has a lower resistivity and a high spark voltage. |
