FERMENTER OF INDUSTRIAL ORGANIC WASTE

PURPOSE: A fermenter of industrial organic waste is provided, which recycles organic wastes such as food waste and livestock excreta and manufactures the high value-added products such as fertilizer and livestock feed. CONSTITUTION: As figure 1 shows, a fermenter comprises a fermentation chamber(10). The fermentation chamber has a large screw(20) and small screws(30) which are crossed each other at the center thereof, and the small screws are placed steeply at the both sides of large screw. Half-circle-shaped transfer plates(21)(31) are organized a the bottoms of the screws. The organic wastes are grinded and transferred by the large screw and is divided by an inverted v-shaped separation plate(23). And then, the organic wastes are grinded and transferred by the small screws, and is collected by v-shaped collection plate(33). The large mass of food wastes with a plentiful fiber is effective grinded by the repetition of grinding and transferring.
