PURPOSE: An emulsion type sludge treatment agent is provided, which is characterized in that it comprises aluminum sulfate, soda ash, and polyacrylamide base organic polymer. CONSTITUTION: The solution is composed of organic poly condensation solution like aluminum sulfuric acid, calcium hydrate, and poly acryl amide, etc. Dehydration efficiency of sludge will be improved by adding this solution to sludge. The solution gets rid of surface electric charge and repelling power between particles. Then, it is easy to condensation of sludge particles. The method makes dehydration of sludge easy by leading polymerization colloid and micro particles. Then, The method can improve water content and reduce the amount of sludge. The method can decrease the use of chemicals by 30% and have a good reason for treating sludge from petrochemistry plant waste water. |
