PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection controlling device which enhances the starting characteristic of an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: The suction pipe 11 of the engine 10 is furnished with an injector 1 to feed the fuel to a suction port 3. An ECU 30 judges whether the engine 10 is in the started condition before the complete combustion, and if yes, sets the injection start timing to the delay side from the normal injection start timing (for example, 60°CA before suction TDC) to be set after complete combustion. At this time, the ECU 30 compares the valve opening time of a suction valve 16 in the next combustion cylinder with the fuel injection time in the next combustion cylinder, and if the result from combustion shows that the valve opening time of the suction valve 16 is longer, the injection start timing by the injector 1 is made the predetermined timing (for example, 30°CA after suction TDC).
