<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide highly airtight sealing performance without any necessity of a large valve closing force, to eliminate valve leakage, even if a pressure difference between a primary side and a secondary side of the solenoid valve is small, and to appropriately prevent excessive deformation of an O ring. <P>SOLUTION: The rubber elastic body O ring 19 installed around the outer circumference in the tip of a valve element 18 abuts on a square edge 17a of an annular valve seat part 17 defined in the circumference of a valve port 16 so as to fasten and seal the valve. The outer circumferential surface of the O ring 19 thus regulates the movement of the valve element 18 further in the valve closing direction from the valve position abutting on the square edge 17A of the valve seat 17 by the abutment of the tip surface 18B of the valve element 18 on the stopper surface 17B in the side of the valve seat part 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
