<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capsule for HIP treatment by a capsule HIP treatment which can obtain a large sized ceramic sintered compact with high quality and large volume, and also to provide a capsule HIP treatment method having increased production yield. <P>SOLUTION: A capsule 16 for HIP treatment which is used for the capsule HIP treatment to obtain the ceramic sintered compact by filling a ceramic molding 17 in the capsule 16 followed by adding pressure is characterized by being formed with tantalum, niobium, copper, nickel or a mild steel and having a radial thickness of 0.3-1.0 mm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
