<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drip bag wherein a frame having a high rigidity can be raised by folding into a shape which totally surrounds a hot water-pouring port opened at the time of use while keeping a shape wherein a filter bag is pinched by a holder being simply doubly folded; and by which bag-making- filling is possible as well. <P>SOLUTION: The holder 5 made of a cardboard has a mouth-opening part 7 which is provided in a manner to be removable by being cut over both sides of line portions on the internal sides from both ends of two folding lines 6, a bag-pasting part 11 which is located on both sides of the mouth-opening part 7, and the frame 25 which surrounds the mouth-opening part 7 and the bag- pasting part 11, and also, is connected with the bag-pasting part 11 in a manner to be bendable at a folding line 21 into a valley-shape. Such a holder 5 is pasted to a long bag material sheet 31 with an adhesive which is applied on the bag- pasting part 11. After the bag material sheet 31 is doubly folded in the width direction together with the holder 5, both side edges of the bag material sheet 31 are sealed, and a sleeve shape is formed. Then, the bag material sheet 31 is sealed and cut in order between the adjacent holders 5, and an extraction material is filled prior to a next sealing and cutting. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
