<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a merchandise order and delivery system capable of ordering merchandise and receiving the same even during transfer. <P>SOLUTION: Image data and information relating to a print order including position information indicating position of the image data is sent to a process server 14, the process server 14 searches a shop closest to a user terminal device 26 based on the position information, and the information relating to the print order is sent to a shop side computer 16 of the closest shop. The shop computer 16 creates a print based on the image data and call a deliveryman terminal device 30 and the position information of the user terminal device 26 is sent to the deliveryman terminal device 30.
