<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump type water heater preventing exhaustion of hot water at daytime by securing a prescribed amount of hot water in the upper part of a hot water storage tank and constantly feeding a high-temperature hot water by preventing mixing of the high-temperature hot water with an inflow hot water, when the temperature of the inflow hot water is low. <P>SOLUTION: This heat pump type water heater is provided with an introduction pipe introducing boiled water into the hot water storage tank and a guide pipe disposed in the circumference of the introduction pipe and guiding the hot water flowing from the introduction pipe, projected from the wall surface in the hot water storage tank. The introduction pipe is provided with a delivery port delivering the hot water in its tip part side, while the guide pipe has a diameter larger than that of the introduction pipe and is provided in the circumference of the introduction pipe with a prescribed space apart from the introduction pipe. The upper end part of the guide pipe is opened and separated from the wall surface in the upper part of the hot water storage tank with a prescribed distance apart therefrom, while the lower end part of the guide pipe is opened and projected from the lower end part of the introduction pipe with a prescribed distance apart therefrom. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
