<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosensor for measuring the component of a sample liquid rapidly, simply and highly accurately. <P>SOLUTION: This biosensor is equipped with an electrode system including at least a measuring electrode and a counter electrode formed on an insulating substrate, and a reagent layer containing at least nicotinamide dinucleotide dependent enzyme and coenzyme.
