<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting sheet for an assist grip of which the mounting strength and the rigidity can be easily increased without a complicated structure of a molding and the mounting sheet itself for the molding even if a mounting piece is long. <P>SOLUTION: A pair of plate springs 33, 33 having a shape corresponding to a shape extending from the base part of the external face to the claw 21, 21 and a metallic cover 32 constituted of a pair of plate springs 33, 33 having a shapes corresponding to a shape extending from the base part of the external face to the claws 21, 21 and a connection part integrally connecting at one side in the direction orthogonally crossing with the opposite direction of the plate springs 33, 33 are provided separately.
