PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently improve an underground soil without hurting the surface of turf and to facilitate the brisk vegetation of the turf. SOLUTION: The improvement of the turf soil by an injector comprises spraying intermittently through a nozzle with a high-pressure pump a diluted soil improving solution which contains about 0.5-2 parts of a soil aggregating agent to 100 parts of water, irrigating to a depth of about 5-30 cm in the underground, and aggregating a clay, silt and the like present within its penetration range into a diameter of about 0.25-5 mm.
