PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-accuracy, small-sized, and inexpensive leak tester. SOLUTION: This leak tester 1 which detects the pressure difference between the pressure of a gas in an object 2 to be measured and that of a compressed gas supplied from a compressed gas source 11 which supplies the compressed gas, is provided with a control section which fixes the pressure of the compressed gas supplied from the gas source 11 and a differential pressure sensor 19 which detects the pressure difference between the pressure of the gas in the object 2 and that of the compressed gas supplied from the gas source 11.
