The invention relates to a method and device for producing an enriched fuel comprising different components including a primary fuel and at least one additive. The inventive method comprises a step whereby the different components are ground in a grinding pan (3) having a longitudinal axis X. The invention is characterised in that the different components are dosed separately as said components are being introduced into the grinding pan (3). The inventive method and device are particularly suitable for the production of an animal meal-enriched fuel.
