PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower a shearing stress generated and increased according to increase of stacked layers, to prevent separation in a phosphor layer and between a phosphor and a phosphor protection layer with low adhesive strength, and to reduce a warp of a panel as a whole. SOLUTION: In this radiography device constructed by sticking a phosphor plate constructed of a phosphor base, the phosphor, and the phosphor protection layer to an optical sensor from the phosphor protection layer face side, a cutout is formed in the phosphor base after the phosphor plate is stuck to the optical sensor.
