PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly measure solubility in a supercritical fluid. SOLUTION: This solubility measuring instrument 110 for measuring the solubility of a sample in the supercritical fluid is provided with a cell 128 filled with the fluid and the sample, in which the sample is dissolved into the fluid and in which the solubility is measured, a supercritical condition generating means 118 for bringing the fluid in the cell 128 into a supercritical condition, and a detector 114 for measuring solubility information of the sample in the supercritical fluid inside the cell 128.
