PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pendulum type film impact tester having an excellent feature of allowing accurate measurement as to a film having relatively high impact resistance. SOLUTION: This tester is a pendulum type film impact tester of which the impact tip identer for imparting impact to the film has a cone shape. Conventional one has a semi-circle-shaped identer, and is difficult to be applied to the film having relatively high impact resistance. Since the tester of the present invention has the cone-shaped identer, the film having relatively high impact resistance is able to be broken to evaluate the impact resistance. The cone shape has preferably 37-143°of angle in a top of a cross section thereof, and 0.1 mm or more of R in a tip of the cone shape. A height of the cone shape is usually 5-15 mm, and a diameter of its base is usually 10-30 mm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
