METHOD AND INSTRUMENT FOR MEASURING RESTRAINT TORQUE OF MOTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the restraint torque of a motor without variation. SOLUTION: A motor is connected to a load motor through a torque measuring instrument (7) and the variation in restraint torque is eliminated by stopping the load motor by stably decelerating the load motor in the same direction as that of the rotation of the motor. The torque measuring instrument (7) has left and right rotating shafts 2 (9) and 3 (10) as a driving shaft and a loading shaft, respectively. The instrument (7) measures a generated torque by detecting a torsion generated by the torque difference between the driving shaft and the loading shaft by means of a strain gauge.
