PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag holding frame whose bag holding part is lowered or raised for easily taking out or installing a filling bag are keeps the opening of a bag open in filling an item in the bag so that the bag can be easily filled with sand. SOLUTION: An under frame is made of a round rod or pipe, and at the end of the same, a support is vertically erected. The opening of the holding part at the top of the support can be made wide or narrow, and the holding part goes up or down with the mounting point of the holding part as a fulcrum.
