PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive resin composition having stable adhesive strength and excellent recycability. SOLUTION: The adhesive resin composition contains a modified polyolefin resin, an alkaline compound in the amount of 200-2,000 ppm by weight of the modified polyolefin resin, and an organic acid or its anhydride in the amount of 20-400 ppm by weight of the modified polyolefin resin.
