PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating device improving the durability and life of the bearing of a pinion gear. SOLUTION: The bearing lubricating device transmits torque between a sun gear 2 or a ring gear 3 and other rotary member 6 placed in parallel with the gears 2, 3 wherein a plurality of pinion gears 4A-4E rotatably supported by an always non-rotatable carrier 5 via bearings 8A-8E between the gears 2, 3 placed on concentric circles are disposed at intervals in a circumferential direction. Lubricating oil passages 12, 12A, 12B are formed wherein the pinion bearing 4A close to a point P receiving the maximum load generated when the torque is transmitted between the sun gear 2 or the ring gear 3 and the rotary member 6 is supplied with lubricating oil prior to the pinion bearing far from the point.
